Please note: This is NOT a GP appointment.
These clinics are delivered by our experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) and are designed to provide a routine health check (Health MOT). They are not intended to assess or treat new medical problems, ongoing illnesses, or urgent health concerns.
If you need to discuss symptoms or require medical advice, please book a routine GP appointment through the usual channels.
What Your Health MOT Includes
During your visit, our Healthcare Assistants will carry out a range of routine health checks, including:
- Height measurement
- Weight measurement
- Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation
- Waist circumference measurement
- Blood pressure check
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Cardiovascular and kidney (renal) health screening
- Weight management advice and support (if you would like it)
These checks help identify potential health risks early and support you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Who Can Attend?
The clinic is open to patients registered at St Martins Medical Centre who would like a routine health check.
Eligible patient will receive a text message as well.
Whether you are monitoring your health, have concerns about your weight, or simply want to know your current health measurements, we encourage you to come along.
